3) At this stage it is necessary to check the added items, to enter the correct quantities and update them.

4) Finally, the user has to fill in the contact details in the required fields of the form and press the Send button.

Automatic order confirmation email is also sent directly to the user's address. If the confirmation email is not received, the user should definitely contact the company as it may not have even sent to the corporate email either. In the absence of such communication, Foodpath bears no responsibility for non-preparation / shipment of the order.

5. b) Specifically for the Retail category, there are also posted retail prices that are final and include VAT. The prices are valid only for retail customers who receive theiw orders from the business premises. Free delivery applies to orders that are over 30€ and only to addresses within 2Km of the company headquarters and no other. The full delivery address (Street-Number-Municipality-Postal Code) must be entered by the user in the Comments field in the Contact Details section to the right of the list of items added to the cart.

After ordering, the company's staff checks the availability of the items and in case of any missing item, the company informs the customer by email or phone. Orders are ready for taking away on the next business day between 11.00am - 3.00pm unless otherwise informed. The home delivery is done upon consultation on a specific date and possible delivery time which may not exceed 3 hours. A related invoice is issued upon receipt and payment of the order.

Payment Methods Available: 1) in cash and 2) using a POS card.
